Namibia, Ghana to host trade conference

News in short
STAFF REPORTER
The Africa Economic Leadership Council, in collaboration with the eighth Ghana International Trade and Finance Conference (GITFiC), will host the Namibia-Ghana Trade Growth Conference 2024 in Windhoek.

The conference will take place on Friday, 31 May, at Safari Conference Centre.

“In light of all the existing and prospective diplomatic relations between Namibia and Ghana, the two organisations have teamed up with the Namibian High Commission in Accra under the auspices of Selma Ashipala Musavyi, Ghana’s minister of foreign affairs and regional integration, as well as the customs division of the Ghana Revenue Authority and the Food and Drugs Authority of Ghana. Each have assigned a delegation of high-level officials to share an insightful platform of panel discussions with their counterparts in Namibia,” the Africa Economic Leadership Council said in a statement this week.
