#JustIn: Parents, stepmother on trial for murder of 9-year-old daughter in court today

The Zimbabwean couple who are on trial for the murder of the man's nine-year-old daughter who allegedly fatally assaulted her and then threw her body in a rubbish bin, appeared in the High Court this morning. The late Akundaishe Natalie Chipomho's biological mother was also charged with her murder at a later stage and the state has now applied for the two cases to be merged. Chipomho's mother, Rachel Kureva, her father, Edward Nkata, and stepmother, Caroline Nkata, allegedly threw her body into a rubbish bin in Windhoek North where after they allegedly set it on fire.
