#JustIn: BOULTER IN COURT AGAIN TODAY
The British billionaire Harvey Boutler who is on trial for the murder of his farm manager, appeared again this morning in the High Court in Windhoek for the civil matter brought against him by the deceased's wife and children.
The deceased's wife, Alta and their children, Gerhard (jr.), Michelle, as well as their daughter-in-law Liani, is claiming N$84.5 million in damages.
Boutler is accused of shooting Gerhard van Wyk (snr.) on his farm near Kamanjab. The family claims in court documents that they witnessed the tragic shooting. They are claiming for, among other things, loss of support and unbearable living conditions after the incident.
Parties appeared before Judge Orben Sibeya for status hearing this morning.
