Man stabbed, killed in Henties

A 25-year-old man was reportedly stabbed to death early yesterday morning in Henties Bay's Omdel location.
According to a police report, the deceased was walking towards three men who were drinking at around 03:00. Before he could reach them, one of the men stood up, drew a kitchen knife and started threatening to stab the victim.
The two other men tried to break up the altercation, but the suspect stabbed the deceased once to the left side of his neck, cutting the jugular vein and causing the victim to fall down. He died on the spot.
The deceased has been identified as Graham Horst Werner Fleermuys, and his next of kin have been informed.
A 23-year-old Namibian man was arrested. Police investigations continue.
