The newest reality television show is in some ways like any other: mother and daughters, sibling rivalry, family gossip and talk of Big Grandpa, who is very strict but loves it when his great-grandchildren are around making a racket. But that's where the twist comes in: Big Grandpa is Nelson Mandela, the anti-apartheid legend.

BIG BROTHER AFRICA FINAL COUNTDOWN

THE GIRLS: Africa’s biggest reality TV show, Big Brother Africa, is about to return and entries close on February 14, 2013 (tomorrow). Previous Big Brother Africa editions have boasted huge cash prizes for winners and this year the winner will walk away with US$300 000 (N$2,7 million).

Legend is feeling the love

February is the month of love, and Rapper Legend, aka Mase Everest Nafuka, is bitten by the love bug in his hit video single Love Poem. This aspiring Rapper rose from being a drug dealer, to an ex-offender, to the darling among his Rap peers.

Although he promised to release his first album in September last year, Legend says things did not go according to plan, but he will be releasing after the Namibian Annual Music Awards (NAMAs). For now he is concentrating on shooting music videos. Read more about Legend is feeling the love
